There is absalutely no surprise when I discuss the following items. What I will have you know is that, these are probably things you already know about. They key to really understanding these (concepts or actions) we will call them, is that you need to stay consistent with them. If the addition of all of these things into your daily routine is too much, start with a few and work your way up once you begin to feel comfortable.
